Our service includes water testing, cleaning inside and outside glass, cleaning/switching out exhibit decorations such as corals or rocks, water changes on a regular interval based on specific needs of the exhibit. We typically visit each saltwater exhibit 1x/week. Freshwater exhibits are typically serviced 1x/week, but in some cases 1x/2weeks.
We top off all saltwater exhibits with Reserve Osmosis water and have the option of using RO or filtered tap water for freshwater exhibits. (Remember it all begins with the quality of the water).
Your aquarium service tech is assigned to your account and is your primary contact for any questions you may have. We provide clients with the appropriate fish food and other essential aquarium products.
