Who is Aquatic Creations Group, Inc.?
- Aquatic Creations Group, Inc. has been installing and servicing exhibits in the Triangle since 1998 and is owned and operated by Gil & Michelle Van Dykhuizen of Raleigh, North Carolina.
- They have over 25 years of experience both in the private and public aquarium business. Gil earned a M.A. in Marine Biology at Moss Landing Marine Labs through San Jose State University and spent 17 years at Monterey Bay Aquarium in Monterey, California as a curator, aquarist and research biologist. Michelle graduated with a B.S. double major in Chemistry and Marine Biology from Sacramento State University and holds an ACSI Teaching Credential. Michelle worked in biochemical research and also worked at Monterey Bay Aquarium. She taught math and science at the primary and secondary education levels.
- Aquatic Creations Group, Inc. is a collaboration of professional Aquarists with backgrounds in research, animal husbandry, and public aquariums .
